Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your order.

If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached and original packaging included
• Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged

Store Credit

All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used toward any future purchase at The Audacity Collection. Store credit does not expire.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email theaudacitycollection@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if eligible.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are processed once your original item is received and approved. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Final Sale Items

All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact theaudacitycollection@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right immediately.
